Develop a Header within your Subsequent Microsoft Word Document.

I really like working with Microsoft Word. There's so much functionality that you will get your Word documents to look more or less anyway that you want. Take for instance the ability to put in a header section to your Word document.WPS Office

The header section is the most truly effective part of one's document. It's the section that'll appear at the very top of every page within the Word document that you are working on. If you're focusing on a Word document that is let's say over 100 pages long and you wished to let people know, that are reading your word document, which page they're on, you can place an automatically incrementing page number in your header section.

Along with page numbers you may also put text into your header section such as a document title. You can also put dates in there along with pictures or graphics files. Another good usage of the header section may be to own your company's logo appear on every page. There's an endless variety of uses for the header section in a Microsoft Word document. Here is how you can add a header section.Free Download WPS Office

At the the surface of the Word program you might find your menu items. Click the main menu item labeled "View" ;.Under that a sub menu will appear. You might find a choice labeled "Header/Footer" ;.Click on that sub menu option. You'll notice how your document will gray out anything else on the page except the box where in fact the cursor is flashing. In the box that is now on the screen, enter your header information. You will even observe that the header/footer toolbar can be displayed. On that toolbar there are many options you can add to your header section. You use that toolbar to add page numbers, dates, files, graphics and so on.

Once you've the header finished you can click the "close" button on the header/footer toolbar. You'll now observe that the header section is grayed out and the rest of one's document has become enabled. Any typing that you do now won't affect your header.

If there comes an occasion when you need to edit your header section you can follow the steps described above or you can double click the header information along with your mouse. Given that you really have a header in your document the double click process works, where as before you did not have a header yet, therefore double clicking in the area where in fact the header would go will do absolutely nothing.

The way to deal with Work environment Drama.

Coping with drama on the job is among the worst parts of being an executive. It gets the potential to suck living out of you, and to kill your motivation, and for many of my clients, it leaves them wondering: "Why did I choose this career?" The best example of that is one my clients - we shall call him John.

John is the CEO of a manufacturing company. He hates drama. You are able to literally see his skin crawl when he discusses it. His face scrunches up. His shoulders tighten and he winces when he discusses the latest drama of the day. "I just don't get it. What is everyone's problem? Why can't they only do their work? It's like coping with children." Then his body crumbles, and he looks defeated. Exhausted. Helpless. Weighed down.

We could all relate with John. We have all experience political situations that people would rather forget. Those occasions when we're caught in a top of workplace drama - one person is upset, gossip in the business is rampant, and we feel such as a ping pong ball as we bounce around trying to make sense of the issue. So, what's an executive to complete? If you should be caught in drama, how will you get free from this dark hole?

To begin with, let's speak about what not to do. John illustrates this well. Every time John experiences drama, he avoids it. He literally shuts down. His face goes blank. He starts to squirm, and he typically nods in a placating way. Not surprisingly, the placating nod does the most harm. When he nods, people feel understood, however when John he takes no action, they get mad. Outcome? They attack John. Dramacool They whisper in the lunch room: "What's his problem? He doesn't do anything!" Some people get angry. The irony is that now people have a new issue to bond around - John's deadbeat behaviour. It is not surprising that John has 45% turnover in his company. Not good.

So, that which was John doing wrong? Well, several things. To begin with, he distanced himself from the drama to the point he escalated the problem. By distancing himself, John became the main drama problem because nothing got handled in a constructive way.

One of many basic principles of coping with drama at the job is to recognize your emotional patterns once you encounter drama and to recognize how your typical reaction plays a part in the problem. Does it escalate it? Enable others? Or diffuse it? If John could self-manage his reactions better, he could have taken a different tactic when employees came to him about issues. He may have expressed confidence inside their ability to deal with the problem constructively, facilitated the development of a behavioural code of conduct, or introduced an experienced third party to greatly help them. Instead, he was so busy managing his own anxiety, nothing got done.

Second, he created a "drama triangle" - a seductive high energy interaction including blaming, defensive behaviour, and rescuing. Drama triangles are recognizably consistent no real matter what the details of the problem and they include these roles:

The Persecutor: "The corporation is such a hole." "I can't believe the quality of management." "It is all John's fault." "That VP, Sales is really a real idiot." All the energy goes into finding someone or something at fault for the company's problems. Blaming someone else makes people feel better and, obviously, this means other people have to improve, not you.

The Victim: "I tried my best." "I couldn't get through." "They did this to me." This is actually the victim in the drama. They work with a helpless tone, and don't take personal responsibility. They could try to find anyone to rescue them, or at fault, in order to remove their negative feelings.

The Rescuer: Rescuers need a prey to feel good. They're "do-gooders" without boundaries. "Let me fix this. Let me take this on." "I can save the day." "Let me rescue this poor person who was simply hard done by." Rescuers may try to greatly help people without having to be asked, or they have a twisted pleasure in getting their nose into other people's drama.

Many people learn the energy of being a persecutor, victim, or rescuer as children and they continue this behaviour inside their career without having to be alert to it. Being an executive, in the event that you participate in this behaviour or respond to it, you will escalate the drama and there would have been a price to pay for - people won't desire to do the job, you will feel drained at the job, and you will produce a negative culture.

To break the cycle, you need to create the tone of personal accountability, respect, choice, and principled behaviour in your organization and work culture. Here are some specific tactics:

- Look out for drama triangles and start to pay attention to who is playing the role of persecutor, victim, and rescuer. Be mindful that role you tend to play.

-Consider the payoff in your organization for taking on a specific role. Are people "bonding" with one another when they've someone else at fault? Are they avoiding coping with the complexity of issues by blaming one person? Do the "victims" get pity? Do people feel sorry for them, or stay clear, thereby giving them power? Have you been creating dependence in your organization by rescuing people? Self-righteousness?

- Explore what's being avoided by participating in the drama. Exist some deeper issues in the business that must be addressed? If so, what are they?

- Notice your reactions to drama. What have you been doing? Not doing? What have you been taking responsibility for? Have you agreed to complete significantly more than you intend to?

- Whenever you get triggered by a dilemma, concentrate on grounding yourself. Do not cope with the drama until you can get involved without escalating your own emotional reaction.

- Facilitate a healthy outcome by emphasizing principles - respect, honesty, and making agreements that work. Know that the more intense the drama, the harder it is to get individuals to produce a healthy outcome.

-If you're too close to the issue accessible, get a facilitator or executive coach to facilitate healthy dialogue.

Just what is a Superior Backlinks to your site Checker?

Knowing exactly what the search engines are seeing and what is being reported to them is key to achieving your SEO goals. Needless to say, the amount of backlinks and the caliber of them are one of many biggest determining factors in how your website gets ranked for certain keywords and keyword phrases. Many individuals are searching for a quality backlink checker to see just how many links are now being registered by the search engines and how they're affecting your site.

The first thing to learn is that no matter how good any software you find is, nothing out you will see 100% accurate. Often, directory submissions and bookmarking sites will not appear in just about any backlink checking tool but you are able to rest assured that the search engines will find them.

The same could be said for certain profile links and blog links you've pointing to your website or blog. Most checkers will not catch all, or even near all of these links, nevertheless the search engines are aware of them and they're doing their job to simply help raise the ranking of your site.

It is essential to see that there are those available who believe that checking your backlink count with any software, free or covered, can hurt your Google rankings. Whether this really is true is up for debate, but it's my opinion that you should check sporadically instead of often.

The most effective tool I have discovered for checking on backlinks is known as Market Samurai. It is really a keyword research tool that may also very accurately offer you detailed information on all forms of links.

Prevent Duplicate Content With Article Checkers

With the rise of technology and Internet-dependence, duplication of content has indeed proliferated. Students have almost unlimited access to many online resources that they might easily print and claim as their own. Marketing campaigns that use duplicate content articles to optimize internet search engine results. Even blog authors may or might not remember that some of the posts are now actually duplicate content. Some individuals brush it off like it's not really a large deal -- until they get caught, that is.

The Problem with Duplicate Content

There's without doubt that plagiarism is the best way to generate content. But why can you even present unoriginal material to your readers when they might easily think it is elsewhere? If you really think on it, quick-and-easy content isn't all it's cracked up to be. A website or blog, for example, won't rank as well since the material had been published. You can't expect search engines, like Google, to simply allow it to go. In reality, Google expresses a solid opposition toward duplicate content. Google filters out websites with duplicate content using the Supplemental Index of its database. The GoogleBot crawls websites and looks for similar strings and content one of the pages. After that it eliminates websites with duplicate content by getting merely a fraction from this collection. Let's say your website bears duplicate pleased with one thousand other webpages. The GoogleBot is only going to choose a small number of these websites to include in its searches while the remainder is going to be delegated to the Supplemental Index. Your internet site could be pushed way below the pack and might not really come in the very first 10 pages of search results.Click Here

A website delegated to underneath of the pack is frustrating but having your website taken down by the master of your copied content is unfortunate and, to some degree, humiliating. The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) was passed by the US Congress in October 1998 and got its approval by President Clinton in only weeks. This law generally states that original rights owners can file DMCA forms with website hosts to obtain plagiarized content taken from their servers. To put it simply, what this means is that if you copied your content from someone else's site, he or she can file a complaint that you violated the DMCA. In turn, your website can be studied down from its server and all of your effort flow down the drain.

The Treatment for Avoid Duplicate Content

Because it is, it's imperative your site will need to have original content. But how could you be certain when you can find probably millions of webmasters or Web publishers available thinking about writing a write-up similar to what you're doing? The answer is quite easy: use a write-up checker. In reality, there are several advantages using an article checker can offer you:

1. A write-up checker can help you write original content.

By using an article checker, you avoid committing plagiarism. When you input a particular keyword for your research, search engines only offer you those that rank above the rest. What if you have one website within the last few 20 pages roughly of the search results that bear striking similarities or even duplicate strings together with your article? A write-up checker crawls Web pages and demonstrates to you just how many pages bear exactly the same strings. It "checks" your content against other published materials online and, frequently than not, even your personal sources. After analyzing your material, it displays a portion result stating how similar -- or original -- work is compared to others.

2. A write-up checker enables you to protect your website content.

What if you labored day and night to produce original Content wholly convinced that these carefully optimized articles can boost your page rank? You publish these articles and visit a marked upsurge in your rankings. You're happy -- then overtime, your website does not really come in the utmost effective 50 results. What happened? Someone or some people could be having a subject day performing a mishmash of your articles, rewording some parts, then passing them off as their own. In the event that you suspect just as much, use a write-up checker. Since a write-up checker functions as being a it'll track websites with contents which can be the same as yours. When you find them, then it's high time you file your personal DMCA complaint.

Drama: The reason Usually are A number of people Dependent on Drama?

The phrase 'Drama' is commonly heard and utilized in today's world. This could be to explain something on TV or in a film. Additionally it may describe what's going on in one's life or the life of another person.

Dictionary Meaning

And on the dictionary.com website drama is called: 1. a composition in prose or verse presenting in dialogue or pantomime a story involving conflict or contrast of character, especially one meant to be acted on the stage; a play. 2. The branch of literature having such compositions as its subject; dramatic art or representation. 3. The art dealing with the writing and production of plays. dramacool 4. Any situation or number of events having vivid, emotional, conflicting, or striking interest or results: the drama of a murder trial. 5. The grade of being dramatic.

So as it pertains to the word drama, it will be appropriate to express that drama exists in the absence of peace and harmony. And that like anything else on this earth, you can also become hooked on drama.

The Two Types Of Drama

In a soap or film for example; the drama is generally more extreme than it's in a individual's life. However, even though one were to share the common person's life; there is still lots of drama.

This may vary from all kinds of occurrences and outcomes. And what's certain is that one's internal experience is unlikely to be one of calm and serenity. The external experience is as equally chaotic as to the is certainly going on the inside, if not more.

And more often than not, it'll seem this drama is simply happening and that certain does not have any control over its expression. Because on a single side there is the drama in one's life and on another there is the attraction to the drama in the lives of others.

Visible And Invisible Drama

What is going on externally is easy to understand and what's going on inside another's mind and body is harder, if not impossible, to see. This is simply not only the case for the surface observer, but this may also apply to the individual.

This means that ones: thoughts, feelings, emotions and even ones own behaviours may carry on unnoticed and out of ones awareness.

What's The Attraction?

So this creates the question: what attracts people to the external drama? Through becoming engrossed and attached to the drama in other people's lives, it makes for at the very least two things to happen.

Among the things this does, is allows one to escape form their very own drama. And secondly by comparing ones drama to the external drama it generates a comparison. This comparison then enables anyone to observe that their drama is not too bad and through this contrast one can feel more at ease.

As it pertains to the drama is one's own life, it's as if this drama follows one around. And irrespective of where ones goes or who ones with; it is always there and like a shadow that can't be removed.

The Drama Addiction

So whether one is running away from their very own drama or swept up in the drama of another person's life, maintain real or through watching it on TV, there is an attachment there.

This attachment usually goes on out of one's awareness and wouldn't make any sense to the conscious mind. And this attachment is creating exactly the same habits and exactly the same patterns of behaviour.

The Ego Mind

To be able to realize why something exists in one's life and why it keeps showing up, the ego mind has to be brought into the equation. And how a ego mind perceives reality is largely through ones early childhood experiences.

And through these early childhood experiences the ego mind begins to create associations of what's safe and it does this through what's familiar. What this implies is, regardless of how functional or dysfunctional these experiences were: they will be associated by the ego mind as what's safe.

The wounded Inner Child

Although time might have passed; each one of these early experiences still exist in the wounded inner child. The old memories remain frozen and trapped within the body and one will take on these again through regression.

This means that one will continue to have exactly the same feelings and patterns of behaviour this wounded inner child has associated as safe.

The Drama Experience

When ones experiences this drama in their life and with it the absence of peace and harmony, there will be certain feelings and thoughts patterns. And these feelings, behaviours and external manifestations will probably mirror ones early childhood experience.

So what happens may vary on the exterior, but how one feels and thinks on the inside is so familiar that another way is never even thought about. And consequently with this; the inner experience isn't questioned or observed.

These feelings might be: hopelessness, rejection, abandonment, powerless, worthlessness and fear.

The Hidden Benefit

On the surface these clearly have no benefit, but to the ego mind and to the wounded inner child they're familiar and therefore safe. What and also this means is that the ego mind has based its whole identity on these associations and so if the ego mind were to let them go, it would seem like the finish of its existence.

The ego mind also has a myriad of defence mechanism to prevent considering its self and facing what it would rather try to escape from. It does this since it works on pleasure and pain. And what happened those years ago in ones childhood would have undoubtedly been painful and this means the ego mind will do all it may to prevent these early memories.

Consequences

So through defence mechanisms such as: dissociation, repression, denial and projection; all that certain hasn't faced will arrive in ones interactions with others and as internal experiences. And this is the reason exactly the same patterns can look and why drama often follows some individuals exactly where they're going and whoever there with.

Awareness

This shows how important awareness is. All that's happened previously is just continuing to seem, since it hasn't been expressed. Through the ego minds tendency to prevent what happened, one ends up as a slave for their ego mind.

By being the observer of the ego mind and allowing days gone by feelings, emotions and thoughts to be expressed; one has the chance to observe that there another way.

Drama exists as a choice or as a potential; it's not the sole choice and is one of numerous potentials.

My name is Oliver J R Cooper and I have been on a journey of self awareness for over nine years and for several years prior to that particular I had a natural curiosity.
